This year’s Conference will again focus on developments in international tax planning, but, given the location, with special attention to opportunities in the CEE/SEE Region. Subjects to be covered include an update on current investment fund models, opportunities for using European holding regimes for investment but also for trading operations to mitigate the burden of taxation on corporate profits, the latest in transfer pricing from the perspective of industry representatives from Europe’s largest companies, recent financial products and structures and a close look at domestic and bilateral abuse concepts and their impact on planning.
