The final deadline for advance registration is December 31, 2008. A completed registration form along with full payment must be received by December 31 to be pre-registered. Registrations received after the December 31 final deadline will be returned to the registrant and the registrant will be required to register on-site. Please note that all registrants, including those who register between December 11, 2008 and December 31, 2008, will pick up their badge and meeting materials at the advance registration area in the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
