                              discuss planning and drafting issues related to 
                              dissolution of marriage and domestic partner
                              relationships. This will include prenuptial and
                              postnuptial agreements and issues related to the transfer
                              and re-titling of assets in contemplation of a relationship

10:55am                Intellectual Property Rights In Estate Tax Strategies. 
                              Attorneys are patenting and trade marking estate and tax 
                              planning techniques. This presentation will analyze the
                              efficacy of these patents and trademarks and how
                              attorneys can minimize the risk of infringement. Speaker:
