4:30pm                  Conflicts of Interest and Related Ethical Considerations in Representing the Closely Held Business and Its Owners.  The owners of a closely-held business often think of the lawyer who represents the business as their personal lawyer as well.  This client attitude is fraught with ethical problems for the lawyer. These and other related issues will be discussed by this panel, which will also look at examples of engagement letters used by lawyers entering into such joint representation.  Moderator: Professor Michael B.
