2006 Midyear Meeting Policies
Final Deadline
The final deadline for advance registration is January 26, 2006. A completed registration form along with full payment must be received by January 26th to be pre-registered. Registrations received after the January 26th final deadline will be returned to the registrant and the registrant will be required to register on-site. Please note that all registrants, including those who register between January 5, 2006 and January 26, 2006, will pick up their badge and meeting materials at the advance registration area in San Diego.
