2006 Midyear Meeting Policies
Early Bird
The Section is pleased to offer a discount to "early bird" registrants. A completed registration form along with full payment must be postmarked, faxed or submitted online by January 5, 2006 to qualify for the early bird registration fee. Registrations will be accepted after the January 5th early bird deadline (until January 26, 2006); however, they will be automatically processed at the higher registration fee.
