1:00pm A Review of Current State Tax Decision. In Lanzi v. Alabama the Alabama Civil Court of Appeals will address an issue that could impact nonresident owners of pass-through entities, namely, whether the ownership of an interest in a pass-through entity by a non-resident, by itself, is sufficient to create nexus with the state in which the entity conducts business.
