2008 May Meeting Policies Cancellation/Refund Policy All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing and postmarked, faxed or emailed by May 1, 2008 to receive a refund. All refund requests will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be granted at the Meeting.
