9:15am             Tax Planning for Married Couples and Unmarried Couples: Breaking Up is Hard to Do.  This panel will focus on a hypothetical that will allow discussion of the issues heterosexual and same-sex couples face when a dissolution occurs, with a particular emphasis on tax and employment benefit issues.
