Reservations requested after the room block is filled or beyond the January 31, 2008 cut-off date, whichever comes first, are subject to availability.  Rooms may still be available after the room block is filled or after the cut-off date, but not necessarily at the negotiated rate.  Requests for accommodations after that date, or sooner if the block sells out, cannot be ensured.
