The final deadline for advance registration is September 4, 2008. A completed registration form along with full payment must be received by September 4 to be pre-registered. Registrations received after the September 4 final deadline will be returned to the registrant and the registrant will be required to register on-site. Please note that all registrants, including those who register between August 14, 2008 and September 4, 2008, will pick up their badge and meeting materials at the advance registration area in the Hyatt Regency San Francisco.
