Final Deadline for Advance Registration
The final deadline for advance registration is October 13, 2006. A completed registration form along with full payment must be received by October 13th to be pre-registered. Registrations received after the October 13th final deadline will be returned to the registrant and the registrant will be required to register on-site. Please note that all registrants, including those who register between September 14th and October 13th, will pick up their badge and meeting materials at the advanced registration area at the Hyatt Regency.
