9:15am                  Measuring Damages for Breach of Trust.  The speaker will discuss measuring damages for breach of trust, including, but not limited to, the investment context.  He will analyze various standards for such measurement, along with other remedies for breach of trust.

9:40am                  Case Studies: Damages in Fiduciary Litigation.  This aspect of the program will analyze the treatment by specific states of the various methodologies by which damages are measured in fiduciary litigation.

10:05am                Punitive Damages in Fiduciary Litigation.  This presentation will analyze the factors considered when determining whether punitive damages are available for breach of trust.
