Real Estate Taxation and Governmental Incentives Group: The A.B.C.''s of T.I.F.  To many developers, those three letters - T.I.F. - are a magic bullet for filling holes in a development budget.  For others, Tax Increment Financing is more trouble than it''s worth.  This program will cover the basic structure of tax increment financing, highlighting the advantages and drawing attention to the pitfalls. 3:45pm                  Land Use and Environmental Group: The Redevelopment of Stapleton Airport.  This program will be a panel discussion led by attorneys who have been involved in the redevelopment of Stapleton Airport in Denver, CO.  The 4,700-acre former airport facility is being developed into a mixed-use master planned community that will include commercial, industrial and institutional space, as well as residential neighborhoods with a "new urbanism" feel, regional parks and open space.  This project is the largest urban infill project in the nation.  Panelists:  Arlene V.
