For practitioners or anyone who addresses issues related to compensating senior corporate executives, this 2-day National Institute will offer the following to participants:

  • More than a “theory” seminar, you will hear from experienced lawyers who handle the biggest deals and how they incorporate innovative concepts into their successful practices.
  • Receive immediate feedback to your questions.
  • Experience the stories from behind the scenes and pick up the finer points to consider when designing and negotiating effective and customized compensation packages.

This National Institute is designed for in-house corporate counsel, benefits specialists, private practitioners, service providers, and compensation managers and consultants. Tuition is $1,045 for sponsoring ABA Section Members, $1,095 for ABA Members and $1,145 for other participants. Early bird discounts available until October 7th.

The program will be held at the Executive Conference Center located at 1601 Broadway (at 48th Street near Times Square) in New York City. The entrance is on 48th Street.
