You may make hotel reservations at the New York Helmsley Hotel 212 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017. A limited number of rooms have been set aside for National Institute registrants at $299 for single/double occupancy room.  All room rates are subject to city occupancy and sales tax, and unclaimed rooms will be released on October 15, 2007, after which the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis only. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
