States not accrediting ABA teleconferences: DE, IN, KS, OH, PA; GA attendance reported as in-house study credit, MS does not accredit the live webcast format, DE may accredit live webcasts as self-study.
If you are seeking credit from AL, AR, CA, KY, MS, MO, MT, NY, NY and TN you must also return the Teleconference Evaluation Form.
A copy of the forms will be e-mailed to registrants and will be available on the web site given to registrants for the program materials under the Attendee Area. You must fax the "Attendance Confirmation Form" and "Program Evaluation Form" to (202) 662-8682 within 48 hours of the program.

50-minute states are: CO, FL, MO, NM, NY, OK, RI, WV and WI. (Please note that in NY you will receive 1.5 CLE ethics credit hours and in SC you will receive 1 CLE ethics credit hour.)
