Registration for the meeting is available until the start time of the teleconference 1:00pm ET June 25, 2009. You must register on-line the day of the teleconference - no phone or fax registration accepted after June 24th.  Please register early to avoid delays in processing your registration information.

Payment Methods

To protect your credit card security we are accepting credit card payment ONLY through online registration.  If you wish to fax/mail your registration and pay by credit card, please call the JCEB to provide your payment information 202-662-8676/8640. 

JCEB accepts the following credit cards as payment for registration - Mastercard, Visa, and American ExpressPlease note that you must provide the 3 digit security code found on the back of your credit card for credit card processing.  (The security code is a 4 digit code on the front of the American Express Card.)  You must also provide the billing address for the owner of the credit card. 

To pay by check, please mail in your registration form with payment.  If you are mailing your form less than one week before the teleconference, please fax a copy of the form and check to 202-662-1012 to make sure you receive the proper information in time to participate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee:  Tuition less $25 administrative fee, 48 hours or more prior to the program; otherwise, no refund. 

Substitutions are accepted but you must notify the JCEB in order to receive CLE credit and to be listed on the official participant list.

If a registrant is unable to listen to the live teleconference, an archived phone line (available one hour following the program for one week) and webstream (available a few days following the program for one year) are available from the Attendee Area of this website.  Audio CD, Mp3 file and Archived Web Streaming are also available.
