You may make hotel reservations at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago, 163 East Walton Place at North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL USA 60611. A limited number of rooms have been set aside for National Institute registrants at $229 for a single or $269 for a double room. All room rates are subject to city occupancy and sales tax, and unclaimed rooms will be released on May 12, 2009, after which the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis only. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
