Registration Information

Registration for the meeting is available until the start time of the teleconference 1:00pm ET April 8, 2008. You must register on-line the day of the teleconference - no phone or fax registration accepted after April 7th.  Please register early to avoid delays in processing your registration information.

Payment Methods

JCEB accepts the following credit cards as payment for registration - Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Please note that you must provide the 3 digit security code found on the back of your credit card for credit card processing.  (The security code is a 4 digit code on the front of the American Express Card.)  You must also provide the billing address for the owner of the credit card. 

To pay by check, please mail in your registration form with payment.  If you are mailing your form less than one week before the teleconference, please fax a copy of the form and check to 202-662-1012 to make sure you receive the proper information in time to participate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee:  $25 administrative fee, 1 business day or less; otherwise, full refund.  After the conclusion of the teleconference, there are no refunds.  If a registrant is unable to listen to the teleconference, an archived phone line and webstream are available for one month following the teleconference.  Tapes/CDs and Audio Web Streaming are also available.  Substitutions are accepted but you must notify the JCEB in order to receive CLE credit and to be listed on the official participant list.
